**Job Title: Machine Operator** **Job Description** + This is a 1st shift position to assist in the paper filling and roll assembly area. + You will be responsible for placing compressed paper donuts onto a stainless steel roll, using hand tools to tighten set screws, and reassembling journals and gear housings. **Responsibilities** + Place compressed paper donuts onto stainless steel rolls + Use hand tools to tighten set screws + Reassemble journals and gear housings + Operate overhead cranes, jibs, and lifts + Work at heights of up to 20 feet on a scissor lift + Utilize measuring tools such as calipers and micrometers + Ensure high attention to detail to avoid costly errors **Why Work Here?** + You will have opportunities for upward mobility as the company promotes from within. + Enjoy a 4-10s schedule with the flexibility of working on Fridays when needed. **Work Environment** + This is a manufacturing environment focused on producing large, precise, and expensive rolls for the paper industry. + The company is very safety-conscious, using cranes to lift heavy materials. **Pay** + $20-22/hour on 1st shift! **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $22.00/hr.
