**Machine Operator HIRING IMMIDIATELLY** **Job Description** We are looking for a dedicated and skilled Machine Operator to join our team. As an Extrusion Operator, you will start by learning the packaging aspect of the job, followed by training in quality aspects and equipment. Eventually, you will be trained to tear down and set up machines, ensuring quality and efficiency in our production process. **Responsibilities** + Learn and perform packaging tasks on extrusion lines, potentially handling multiple lines. + Conduct quality checks and record results on the lines being packaged. + Read and understand blueprints and job packages. + Read counters, change lengths, and maintain accurate records. + Ensure the work area is clean and tools are accounted for. + Perform preventative maintenance on machines. **Essential Skills** + Ability to read, speak, and write in English + Computer literacy (all production lines have computer work stations) + Strong mechanical aptitude + Basic understanding of mechanical operations + Good attendance record + Ability to work mandatory overtime when required **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Experience with blueprints + Experience with extrusion operations + Experience with quality inspections **Why Work Here?** We offer a strong benefits package that includes a 401K with company match, HSA, FSA, prescription coverage, paid holidays, and a sign-on bonus. The work environment includes a building with 110 employees and 21 different lines. It is not climate controlled, but employees can wear shorts in the summer. The shifts available are: 1st Shift (6:40am-3pm), 2nd Shift (2:40pm-11pm) with a $1.50 shift differential, and 3rd Shift (10:40pm-7am) with a $1.50 shift differential. **Job Type & Location** This is a Permanent position based out of Cannon Falls, Minnesota. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $39520.00 - $43680.00/yr.
