**Job Title: Machine Operator** **Job Description** We are currently seeking skilled saw machine operators for both 1st and 2nd shifts. The 1st shift operates from 8:00 AM to 4:50 PM, while the 2nd shift runs from 4:00 PM to 12:30 AM, Monday through Friday. The role involves operating a variety of saws to cut piping to specific lengths and thicknesses based on customer specifications. The operator will also be responsible for quality checking materials using tools such as tape measures, micrometers, and calipers. Strong computer and math skills, particularly in fractions and decimals, are essential. **Responsibilities** + Operate various saws to cut piping to specified lengths and thicknesses. + Follow work orders to meet customer specifications. + Perform quality checks on materials using tape measures, micrometers, and calipers. + Train on 1st shift for 1-2 weeks if assigned to 2nd shift. **Essential Skills** + Experience in saw machine operation. + Ability to interpret measurements using a tape measure. + Comfortable using computers. + Strong math skills, particularly in fractions and decimals. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Experience with machine setup is advantageous but not required. **Why Work Here?** Join a Fortune 300 company that offers 1 week of PTO immediately upon hire and 2 weeks after one year.
