Machine Operator
**Job Title: Machine Operator** **Job Description** Production operators are responsible for mixing and blending feed mixes through a computer program. You will push buttons for certain feeds and pounds per mix, which could involve up to 5+ different ingredients. Some ingredients require manual fills, and you will need to climb up 2-3 stories to dump ingredients into the hopper. **Responsibilities** + Operate machines to mix and blend feed mixes. + Use a computer program to manage feed mixes and quantities. + Push buttons for specific feeds and pounds per mix. + Manually fill ingredients as needed. + Climb 2-3 stories to dump ingredients into the hopper. **Essential Skills** + Machine operation + Use of hand tools + Production experience + General labor skills **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Prior mechanical experience on a farm is preferred. + Experience with forklift operation + Mechanical maintenance skills + Comfortable with dirty and physical work **Why Work Here?** Join a team where you can leverage your mechanical skills and enjoy a dynamic, hands-on work environment. Be prepared for a physically demanding role that requires climbing and manual handling of materials. **Job Type & Location** This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Pulaski, Wisconsin. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $22.00/hr.
