Growing St. Cloud area manufacturing company seeking to add machine operators to their team.

All positions are full-time, long term roles with OT and full benefits available after probation period! We are currently looking for candidates on multiple different shifts.

We are currently hiring for the following shifts:

1st shift2nd shiftWeekend day shiftWeekend night shift

Candidates will be operating CNC machines to make a variety of different smaller parts (1-2 pounds). All machines are CNC mills and lathes. Candidates will also be doing basic inspections using micrometers and calipers, tool changes, and adjustments on machines.

We are looking for candidates with 1+ year of experience operating industrial machines in a manufacturing setting. If you have experience operating CNC machines, great! If you are interested in a career in CNC operating, we will train interested candidates! As long as you have 1+ year of machine operating experience in a manufacturing setting, and you are mechanically inclined, we want to speak with you! Any sort of sheet metal fabricating experience (brake press, saw, drill press, laser, shear, etc.) is also applicable!

Pay is based on previous experience and skill level. Shift differentials apply for off shifts.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $25.00/hr.
