Job Title: Machine Operator
Job Description

We are seeking dedicated Machine Operators for the overnight shift. You will operate within a controlled cleanroom environment and handle equipment such as sealers, lyophilizers, machine presses, bandsaws, power mills, or autoclaves. Your responsibilities will include setting up equipment, using various chemical solutions, monitoring material inventory, and documenting daily work. You will perform quality checks on all activities and ensure accurate data recording.

ResponsibilitiesSet up and operate specialized equipment including sealers, lyophilizers, machine presses, bandsaws, power mills, and autoclaves.Use various chemical solutions such as acid, alcohol, and detergent.Monitor material inventory and document physical and virtual batch records.Perform quality checks on all activities and ensure accurate data recording.Inspect final products and document quality defects.Essential SkillsBasic job knowledge of production-related systems and procedures.Experience operating specialized equipment (sealers, lyophilizers, machine presses, bandsaws, power mills, autoclaves).Proficiency in using chemical solutions (acid, alcohol, detergent).Ability to monitor material inventory.Skill in documenting physical and virtual batch records.Additional Skills & QualificationsAttention to detail.Ability to work effectively in pairs.Commitment to quality assurance.Must be willing to train on the first shift.Lifting requirement of up to 50 lbs based on functions/duties assigned.Why Work Here?

Work Environment

This is a fully on-site position in Eatontown, New Jersey. The role operates on the 2nd Shift from 3 pm to 11 pm. You will work in a cleanroom/lab setting, often in pairs, both sitting and standing. You will inspect final products, document quality defects, and wear appropriate safety gear including scrubs, gloves, and goggles.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $22.50/hr.
