Job Description
As a Food Production Associate/Operator, you will play an important role in ensuring our production processing lines and machinery run smoothly. This includes unloading/loading materials, following recipes, weighing/measuring raw ingredients, operating equipment, packaging the final product, and performing different quality checks to ensure company and customer requirements are met. You will be expected to assist in various areas of the production process as needed.

Work Environment
The work environment is a food manufacturing facility with both hot (105°F) and cold (68°F) areas. One side of the facility is hot due to manufacturing operations, while the other side is cold for chocolate cooling and packaging. Safety, quality, and hygiene are prioritized, with compliance to all relevant laws and regulations, including GMPs, HACCP, allergen policies, and lockout/tagout procedures. Employees must wear uniforms, steel-toed shoes, safety glasses, hearing protection, hair nets, beard nets, and other specific safety gear when on the plant floor. Physical requirements include standing and walking for prolonged periods, climbing stairs, regularly bending, stooping, reaching to view product flow, adjusting equipment, and lifting in excess of 50 lbs. on a repetitive basis. The work environment involves daily exposure to noise and temperature variations.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $23.00/hr.
