Job Title: Machine Operator
Job Description

The Operator I is a versatile role responsible for executing scheduled production orders with the opportunity to work across blending, compression, and packaging departments. The individual will handle the blending of powders, compressing tablets, and operating packaging machinery. This role requires adherence to safety procedures, proper use of personal protective equipment, and compliance with company standard operating procedures (SOPs) and current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP) regulations to ensure products meet quality standards.

This is a brand new facility that is climate-controlled. Currently, the team consists of 50 employees, with growth plans to expand to 150 by the end of next year, offering an excellent opportunity to get in at the ground level.

Work Environment

1st shift: 7am-3pm, currently working 6am-4pm Monday - Friday and most Saturdays. Planning to add a 2nd shift soon to reduce current overtime, with 2nd shift hours being 3pm-11pm. Employees receive a 30-minute paid lunch. The facility handles powder manufacturing, so there is a dusty environment with a strong cleaning product smell.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of NA, Wisconsin.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $22.00/hr.
