Aerotek, in partnership with Ichor Systems in Sauk Rapids, is hiring multiple machine operating roles for their growing team!

All roles are full-time, long term positions with full benefits available after probation period!

Aerotek will be hosting an onsite job fair at Ichor on March 11th where candidates will be able to get interviews and tours during that time. We recommend applying with Aerotek to lock in a time and guarantee an interview, but we will also be taking walk-in's the day of (based on interviewer availability).

Base pay is typically $20-$25 per hour for machine operators, depending on experience, and can go up when shift differentials for off shifts are added.

We are currently hiring for the following shifts:

1st shift - 5am - 5pm (two week rotation, week 1: Monday - Wednesday 36 hours, week 2: Monday - Thursday 48 hours)

2nd shift - 5pm - 5am, 10% shift differential (two week rotation, week 1: Monday - Wednesday 36 hours, week 2: Monday - Thursday 48 hours)

Weekend day shift 7am-7pm, 15% shift differential (two week rotation, week 1: Friday - Sunday 36 hours, week 2: Thursday - Sunday 48 hours)

Weekend night shift 7pm-7am, 15% shift differential (two week rotation, week 1: Friday - Sunday 36 hours, week 2: Thursday - Sunday 48 hours)

Candidates will be running various CNC machines to machine tight tolerance parts. Candidates will also be responsible for tool changes, inspection, blueprint reading and measuring.

If you have previous CNC operating experience, that is a huge plus, but we will consider candidates that are mechanically inclined, have consistent work history, and who want to learn CNC machining! Any sort of industrial machine operating, inspection, micrometer / caliper usage, blueprint reading experience is a huge plus!

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $25.00/hr.
