**Job Title: Machine Operator** **Job Description** This position is responsible for the set-up, clean-up, and production associated with packing cream cheese products. The role involves operating production line equipment, ensuring product quality, and assisting with packaging and shipping. **Responsibilities** + Operate production line equipment including packers, positive pumps, processors, and labelers + Set up labelers, install heat seals on products, and assemble positive pumps + Inspect products and load cups into boxes, involving wrist twisting and gripping + Assist with packaging products into boxes for shipping + Support other departments with finishing the product at any point of the production line **Essential Skills** + Experience in production, machine operation, and general labor + Ability to read blueprints and operate a forklift + Mechanical aptitude **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Efficiency and quality in packaging operations, including meeting specifications for cup weight, counts, yield, and product codes + Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. + Frequent loading of cups into boxes, requiring wrist twisting and gripping **Why Work Here?** Our facility offers opportunities for promotion to other departments and is part of a growing organization. The shift pattern consists of 12-hour shifts on a 2-week rotating schedule (6:00 am - 6:00 pm OR 6:00 pm - 6:00 am), with 2 days on, 3 days off, and 3 days on, 2 days off. **Job Type & Location** This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Casa Grande, Arizona. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $23.00/hr.
