**Job Description** We are seeking motivated and detail-oriented General Production Workers to join our team in Windsor, CT. The role involves operating coating machines, handling adhesive products, and ensuring the timely production of high-quality products. Successful candidates will be responsible for the setup, maintenance, and operation of equipment, as well as adhering to safety and quality standards. **Description** - Operation generally involves the loading of a jumbo roll onto unwind, adjusting machine components for the specific product, slitting and rewinding continuous strips of adhesive product onto core - Obtains work orders from the supervisor, as required Labeling of product and cartons - Packing of product into or onto the correct corrugate packaging. - Responsible for the timely production of quality products in accordance with established standards. - Ensures that all aspects of the operation perform in accordance with ISO Procedures. - Acquires material specified in the work order BOM Loading of jumbo onto the unwind General set up of the specified equipment to the specified product being manufactured - Prior to start up performs required safety checks and inspection - Documents all required information of the work following established inventory procedures and oversees proper documentation for the work cell - - - - Required to efficiently produce all types of adhesive products Inspects finished product for defects and sets aside scrap - Performs minor maintenance duties and repairs, as required Responsible for cell housekeeping and assists with general department housekeeping, as required Promotes teamwork. **Hours:** 6:00 pm - 6:00 am, Tuesday - Friday OR Monday - Thursday **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $23.00/hr.
