Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Finishing Operator to join our team. In this role, you will assist the machine operator with the setup and operation of our finishing machines. Once the product is printed, it will be your responsibility to prep the printed material for finishing and distribution. You will work with various finishing equipment including stitches, folders, perfect binders, polybaggers, cutters, mailers, shrink wrappers, tippers, CT trimmers, drills, and other machinery.

Work Environment
Work on a rotating shift schedule with hours from 6am to 6pm for day shift or 6pm to 6am for night shift. The day shift rotates between the front half and back half of the week. Shift A and Shift B alternate weekly schedules, and every six months, employees switch between working the front half or back half of the week. This role involves working with various finishing machines in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Sun Prairie, Wisconsin.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $19.00/hr.
