**Job Title: Machine Operator on 2nd shift** **Job Description** As a Machine Operator, you will be responsible for maintaining and setting up adhesive coating machines. These machines are custom-built to ensure fasteners are coated properly. You will retrieve adhesive batches, inspect fasteners to prevent mid-run errors, package parts, and report results. After each run, you will deliver 3-4 parts to quality control for inspection and testing. **2nd Shift: M-TH 3:00pm-1:30AM. Fri: 3PM-11:30PM** **Responsibilities** + Maintain and set up adhesive coating machines. + Retrieve adhesive batches and pour them into the funnel. + Inspect fasteners throughout each job run. + Package parts and report results. + Deliver 3-4 parts to quality control for inspection and testing. **Essential Skills** + 1 year of manufacturing/production experience. + Ability to read English for reading prints and instructions. + Ability to train. + Lift up to 30 lbs consistently. + Ability to stand on feet for 10 hours per day. + Experience with hand and power tools. **If interested, book a meeting with Sarah!** Book time to meet with me (https://talentassistant.aerotek.com/assistant/bookings/2bdexwW\_) **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $18.50 - $21.45/hr.
