**Job Title: Machine Operator**
**Job Description**
We are seeking a skilled Machine Operator to accurately read and comprehend moderately complex materials, such as blueprints and work instructions. The ideal candidate will set up, adjust, and operate production machines according to established procedures and guidelines. You will also be responsible for preparing and maintaining quality records.
**Responsibilities**
+ Accurately read and comprehend moderately complex materials such as blueprints, work instructions, and procedures.
+ Set up, adjust, and operate production machines in accordance with established procedures and guidelines.
+ Prepare and maintain quality records.
+ Rotate between multiple machines.
+ Perform other duties as assigned.
**Essential Skills**
+ 2+ years of machine operating experience, ideally with automated and repetitive machines.
+ Mechanical aptitude.
+ High School education or GED.
+ Demonstrated proficiency in operating manufacturing equipment.
+ Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations.
+ Ability to lift up to 35 lbs.
+ Must be able to speak, write, and understand English.

+ Consistent work history.
+ Inspection skills.

**Work Environment**
First shift hours are from 6am to 2:30pm. This is a sit-down job requiring the ability to lift up to 35 lbs.
**Job Type & Location**
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Cudahy, Wisconsin.
**Pay and Benefits**
The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00/hr.
