**Job Title: Machine Operator** **Job Description** Seeking dedicated individuals for various positions on the 3rd shift to assist with the assembly of medical device products. The candidate will be responsible for the assembly and sub-assembly of products, as well as the sterilization of raw materials and finished products using alcohol. **Responsibilities** + Troubleshoot equipment and complete basic repairs on braiding machines that encase plastic catheters with metal reinforcement. + Ensure tools and test equipment are properly calibrated and repaired according to standard operating procedures, including performing lockout and tagout procedures. **Essential Skills** + Experience in machine operation, mechanical assembly, and production. + Proficiency in mechanical assembly and preventive maintenance. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Mechanically inclined. + Good hand and eye coordination for sub-assembly tasks. + Experience working on a production line. **Why Work Here?** Enjoy a great work environment with a focus on work-life balance. The braiding machine room is noisy, requiring the use of earplugs, which the company will provide along with other necessary PPE (except steel-toe shoes). The area is climate-controlled. The 3rd shift operates from 11 pm to 7 am with a 12% differential. Orientation is on the first day at 8 am, followed by a minimum of three months of training/shadowing on the designated shift, unless otherwise informed. **Job Type & Location** This is a Contract position based out of MIAMI LAKES, Florida. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $23.52/hr.
