We are a family-owned and operated company with opportunities for growth and advancement. Press operators can make in the 30's after training and start with one machine, then cross-train on others. We offer a gym inside the facility, a huge break room with food for purchase, comprehensive medical and dental benefits without monthly payments, double time for overtime, annual Christmas bonuses, BBQs several times a year, and annual raises from 3-5% along with performance raises.
Work Environment
Our facility is very large and can get hot in summer and cold in winter. The day shift is Monday to Thursday with occasional mandatory shifts on Fridays (60% of the year) but still get 2 days off. Mandatory overtime can be 8 hours on Friday or over the weekend. You will be exposed to various machines such as Flexograph, Flexo folder, Gluer, and more. We promote a team environment and have a strong focus on safety, quality, and productivity.
