Starting pay is 21.00/hr increasing to 22.26/hr as you gain skills and knowledge.

 

Hours are 7pm-5am Monday through Thursday, overtime and short Friday shifts happen with little notice.

 

Job summary- Assist in operation of panel line to make high quality Hexacomb in a safe and efficient manner.

 

Job requirements

High school diploma or GED.Good communication skills.Must be able to read at an acceptable level.Must be able to do basic math including multiplication and division.Must be able to work overtime, weekends and Holidays as needed.

Job responsibilities

Follow all safety rules and policies, make suggestions to improve, look out for fellow employee's safety. Work to improve our safety culture.Assist in running the panel line as a forklift operator or stacker. Be proficient in both positions, this includes banding and stretch wrap.Train and direct temporary employees when needed.Maintain a high sense of urgency when working at all times.During downtime and set ups, make Falconboard boxes or other duties as assigned.Be open to trying new ideas all of the time.Have and encourage strong teamwork.Other duties as assigned.
