**Job Title: Machine Operator - B Shift** **Job Description** Join our team as a Machine Operator, where you will be responsible for running the Mill machine, which bends metal into pipe form. We serve diverse industries such as power generation, renewable energy, oil and gas, petrochemical, food and dairy, beverage, pharmaceutical, and general commercial sectors. **Responsibilities** + Operate the Mill machine to bend metal into pipe form. + Change out metal rolls every 2-12 hours. + Troubleshoot and perform minor mechanical repairs, quality checks, and adjustments on machines. + Understand basic 3-phase, 480-volt systems to determine when to call for major electrical repairs. + Perform minor welding to connect metal strips (training provided). + Conduct basic preventative maintenance on the machine. **Essential Skills** + Experience with calipers and micrometers. + Troubleshooting and running machinery for at least 2 years. + Preventive maintenance experience. + Proficiency with hand and power tools. + Basic mechanical and electrical knowledge. + Familiarity with welding and fabrication. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Experience in machining, maintenance, mechanics, or fabrication. + Ability to think outside the box and problem-solve effectively. **Why Work Here?** We offer strong benefits and insurance packages, a relaxed work environment, and management that is willing to work with employees through personal situations. Training may take 3-6 months on 1st shift (Monday to Thursday, 5:00 am to 5:00 pm). You will work roughly one Saturday a month.
