Qualifications + Candidates with large format digital print experience are highly encouraged to apply. + Vocational school or 1-3 years of related exp preferred. + Mechanical — Knowledge of machines and tools, including their designs, uses, repair, and maintenance. + Mathematics — Knowledge of arithmetic + Design — Knowledge of design techniques, tools, and principals involved in production of precision technical plans, blueprints, drawings, and models. + Engineering and Technology — Be able to apply principles, techniques, procedures, and equipment to the design and production of various goods and services. Requirements + Must be able to quality inspect, deburr, and label all parts as needed. + Must be able to maintain and clean machinery as needed daily. + Measure dimensions of finished workpieces to ensure conformance to specifications, using precision measuring instruments, templates, and fixtures. + Mount, install, align, and secure tools, attachments, fixtures, and workpieces on machines, using hand tools and precision measuring instruments. + Stop machines to remove finished workpieces or to change tooling, setup, or workpiece placement, according to required machining sequences. + Transfer commands from servers to computer numerical control (CNC Channel Bender) modules, using computer network links. + Check to ensure that workpieces are properly lubricated and cooled during machine operation. Physical Requirements + Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds + May be required to stand 80% of the work schedule + May also engage in frequent bending, stooping, squatting, pushing, and pulling of parts and part containers Shifts + 6:00 a.m. - 2:30 p.m. Qualifications Experience Required + 1 year: Manufacturing
