Machine Operator - CNC

If so, we want you on our team for this 1 st shift role. **Position Summary:** As a Machine Operator in our state-of-the-art manufacturing and assembly facility, you will play a key role in producing high-quality components. Your primary focus will be setting up and operating CNC milling machines and performing secondary machining operations. Your efforts will ensure timely delivery of top-notch products to our valued customers. **Key Responsibilities:** + Interpret specifications, prints, and job orders to perform required tasks. + Set up and operate CNC vertical mills, saws, and other machines. + Perform secondary machining tasks to create assembly-ready components. + Inspect materials, products, and equipment for defects or malfunctions. + Maintain quality standards to ensure all products meet specifications. + Comply with all safety and employee regulations. + Keep machines, equipment, and the shop clean and organized. + Apply 5S principles to maintain a safe and efficient work environment. + Perform additional duties as assigned. **Minimum Qualifications:** + One year of experience in CNC milling machine setup, operation, tooling, and machining parameters. + An associate's degree or equivalent experience/training. + Proficiency in reading and interpreting production drawings and shop floor instructions. + Strong interpersonal skills for effective teamwork. + Initiative, high energy, and flexibility to contribute to a high-performance team. + Excellent verbal communication skills to interact with managers, customers, suppliers, and colleagues. **Physical Demands and Work Environment:** + Ability to talk or hear, frequently use hands or fingers, handle or feel objects, tools, or controls. + Occasionally required to stand, walk, sit, and reach with hands and arms. + Must occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds. + Specific vision abilities required: close vision, distance vision, and the ability to adjust focus. + Work environment noise level: usually low to moderate. **Why Join Us?** + Innovative and collaborative work culture. + Opportunities for professional growth and development. + Competitive compensation and benefits package. + Commitment to safety, quality, and employee satisfaction. + Bright and Airy work space Ready to advance your career with a leader in manufacturing?
