What You’ll Do as a Machine Operator:

Operate coating machines to produce high-quality coated ink ribbon products.Perform product changeovers, including roll exchanges, cleaning, threading, and filter changes.Troubleshoot basic machine and process issues to keep production running smoothly.Charge raw materials and solvents into mixing systems to create coating solutions.Verify product quality through visual and machine inspections and make machine adjustments as needed.May operate forklifts safely to transport materials and finished goods.Assist in training new team members and support productivity improvement initiatives.

Work Experience

The Preferred Candidate Might:

Have 1 year of experience operating machinery or chemical mixing/blending, as a plusHave strong problem-solving skills with the ability to handle multiple tasksBe experienced using measuring tools like micrometers, microscopes, and gaugesHave basic computer skills and the ability to perform mathematical calculationsNeed the physical ability to repeatedly lift up to 50 lbs. Have an Associate degree in a technical field as a plus!
