This position reports to

Production Supervisor

Your role and responsibilities

Executes the assigned tasks according to agreed workflows and in accordance with ABB standard processes and safety guidelines and reports any noncompliance. Operates machines in accordance with the operating manual, work schedule and/or production order instructions.Performs routine machinery set-up, adjustments and repairs and fits simple replacement parts.Ensures regular standard maintenance of the equipment, tools setup, programming activities and troubleshoots and reports issues, if any.Ensures the availability of required materials to execute the assigned work according to the defined workflow.Maintains a safe working attitude and environment while performing daily activities.Maintains detailed records of machinery set ups, repairs and maintenance activities.Keeps track of approved, defective units and final products.

Qualifications for the role

High School diploma/GEDPrefer previous machine operating experience in a manufacturing setting.Candidates must already have a work authorization that would permit them to work for ABB in the US
