MUST BE AVAILABLE FOR OVERTIME BEFORE/AFTER SHIFT.
Responsibilities:
- Set up machines for production runs, including calibration, temperature adjustments, and material setup.
- Monitor production processes, ensuring consistent quality and output.
- Conduct regular quality checks on coated materials to ensure conformity to specifications.
-Troubleshoot machine malfunctions, making minor repairs or adjustments as needed.
- Perform routine cleaning and maintenance of machines and equipment to ensure proper functioning.
- Handle raw materials (e.g., paper rolls) and load them into machines, ensuring a smooth and continuous production flow.
- Maintain accurate records of production output, material usage, and machine performance.
- Ensure adherence to safety protocols and operational procedures to maintain a safe work environment.
- Work closely with supervisors, maintenance teams, and other staff to meet production goals and resolve any issues that arise during production.
Working hours: 2:00 PM - 6:00 AM (Various Shifts Available)
Skills:
- Ability to lift up to 50lbs throughout shift
- Ability to work overtime
- Ability to be flexible in helping where it is needed on the production floor
Education:
High School
Experience:
1-4 years
Qualifications:
- Lifting, carrying, and moving up to 50 lbs
- Standing up to 8+ hours a day, twisting, bending and squatting
- High School Diploma or GED is required
- Basic computer proficiencies
- Legal authorization to work in the US is required
