Located in Ames, IA - $20** **Job Description:** + Responsible for manufacturing quality production according to work order or build signal + General duties may include: picking, packing, kitting, and assembling + Machine setup and equipment operation may be required + Prepare machines to start production cycle, performing calibration + Monitor and properly adjust machine settings + Maintain records and activity logs **Hard Skills:** + 6 months of production experience in a manufacturing environment + 6 months of mechanical experience or equivalent + Ability to frequently lift, carry, push, or pull 20 lbs + Occasionally lift, carry, push, or pull up to 50 lbs **Work Environment** + While performing the duties of this job, the employee may be subjected to moving mechanical parts, electrical currents, vibrations, fumes, odors, dusts, gases, chemicals, oils, extreme temperatures and work space restrictions + The noise level in the work environment is occasionally loud + Employees will be required to wear the proper Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) which may include: eye protection, hearing protection, steel toe shoes, and gloves + Eye protection, hearing protection, and gloves are provided + Will typically work individually + Schedule: M - F 5:00am - 3:30pm **About Aerotek:** We know that finding work is hard, and finding meaningful work is harder.
