Machine Operator III - Weekend Shift - $25.35/hr + $1.00/hr Shift Premium
Work Flexibility: Onsite

Schedule:

Thursday & Friday, 7am – 3pm, Saturday & Sunday 7am – 7pm, OT as needed

 

What you will do:

Operate a machine with the needle punch department with StrykerUnder general supervision, operate machinery and inspect machined components using precision measuring equipment while keeping accurate production records and maintenance logsAdhere to site specific quality systems and processes Identify and accurately record scrap, maintenance requests, and production documentsOperate simple manufacturing equipment, demonstrate machining/mechanical aptitude, and learn new responsibilities and tasks as needed Train others on operational and/or documentation procedures as needed Identify and appropriately report safety concerns, production issues, and documentation errors. Effectively collaborate with peers, functional departments, and visitors of Stryker

 

What you need:

Required

High School or GED required2+ years of related manufacturing experience required

Preferred

Ability to exert up to 50-75 pounds regularly and 75+ pounds occasionallyAbility to stoop, kneel, crouch, bend, sit, or stand as neededAbility to climb and work at elevated height as neededGood visual acuity and demonstrated fine motor skills
