Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Machine Operator to assist on Flexo machines at a facility that specializes in making corrugated boxes. The Machine Operator will play a crucial role in the production process by feeding raw cardboard material into the machine, which will then fold, stack, and package the boxes. This position requires the ability to lift 20-40 lbs consistently and the flexibility to perform various tasks and cross-train as needed.

ResponsibilitiesAssist in operating Flexo machines for folding, stacking, and packaging boxes.Load and unload materials, feeding raw cardboard into the machine.Perform setups and adjustments on the machinery as required.Conduct inspections to ensure product quality.Read and use a tape measure to prepare materials accurately.Work in a fast-paced environment with varying daily tasks.Maintain a clean and organized workspace.Essential Skills1+ year of manufacturing experience.Proficiency in machine operation and adjustments.Ability to read and use a tape measure.Capability to lift 20-40 lbs consistently.Ability to stand on feet for 8-10 hours a day.Additional Skills & QualificationsExperience with forklift operation.Familiarity with production and inspection processes.Why Work Here?

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.75 - $20.75
