The ideal candidate will have experience in machine operation, particularly with winding machines, and be proficient in using basic electrical testing tools such as multimeters to verify product quality. **Job Description** •Set up, operate, and monitor winding machines to produce coils and windings for internal components of instrument transformers. •Adjust machine settings to ensure proper winding speed, tension, and alignment of materials. •Monitor production processes to maintain product quality and consistency. •Perform basic electrical tests using multimeters to verify specifications and ensure components meet quality standards. •Troubleshoot machine malfunctions and perform minor repairs as needed. •Maintain accurate production records and documentation of machine settings and adjustments. •Adhere to safety guidelines and procedures to maintain a safe working environment. •Collaborate with team members and supervisors to achieve production goals and resolve operational issues.
