**Job Title: Operator Trainee** **Job Description** The candidate will work in a production role and trained on the operation of specialized machines in the sterilization industry , handling the loading and unloading of materials on a conveyor system that feeds machine, and perform quality inspections. **Responsibilities** + Read and understand work order requirements + Unpack raw materials supplied to line, loading machine correctly. + Enter order details into a computer to display how products should be placed in totes. + Send filled totes for sterilization on the conveyer system. + Unload sterilized products from the conveyor belt. + Palatalize products using yellow shrink wrap. + Operate a forklift for up to 5% of the day, if needed. **Essential Skills** + Experience in production and machine operation. + Experience with hand tools and assembly. + Manufacturing industry experience. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Ability to lift 50 lbs. + Previous experience in a physical job. + Good attendance record. + Team player. **Why Work Here?** Employees receive a significant pay increase to $20 per hour once permanent. Third shift workers receive a 10% shift premium. Permanent employees are eligible for a quarterly bonus ranging from $250 to $1000 based on production. **Work Environment** Employees work a 12-hour rotating schedule. Week 1 includes Monday, Tuesday, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday. Week 2 includes Wednesday and Thursday. Shifts are from 9pm to 9am. **Pay : 17$, and 20$ after 2 months** **Job Type & Location** This is a position based out of Gurnee, Illinoi **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $18.87/hr.
