**Job Title: Machine Operator**
**Job Description**
We are seeking a skilled Machine Operator responsible for the operation and setup of all Assembly, Molding, Stamping, and Plating Department production equipment and processes. The ideal candidate will have a strong previous experience in machine operation and general production, with the ability to stand for 12 hours and work well with teams.
**Responsibilities**
+ Operate and set up production equipment in the Assembly, Molding, Stamping, and Plating Departments.
+ Ensure the smooth running of machines and production processes.
+ Inspect and control equipment to detect machine failures and production issues.
+ Work collaboratively with team members to achieve production goals.
+ Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
**Essential Skills**
+ Computer literacy.
+ Experience with machine operation and general production.
+ Ability to stand for 12-hour shifts.
+ Strong teamwork skills.
**Additional Skills & Qualifications**
+ Experience with injection molding.
+ Ability to adjust and control production equipment.
+ Familiarity with the metric system.
+ Experience in inspecting production processes.

**Work Environment**
The work environment is a very clean and automated production facility. Stamping and Molding areas are more independent, while Plating and Assembly areas are more team-focused.
**Job Type & Location**
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Tualatin, Oregon.
