Machine Operator (Print Shop Technician) Manufacturing/Operations Sparks, Maryland Apply Description Fluidra is looking for a Machine Operator (Print Shop Technician) to join our team in Sparks, MD. WHAT YOU WILL CONTRIBUTE + Operate and maintain printing equipment, including printing press, die cutter, and other machinery. + Prepare materials for printing, including building and printing screens and setting up machines. + Mixing and matching inks to fall within specifications throughout the printing process. + Monitor production processes to ensure quality and consistency in prints. + Perform basic troubleshooting and maintenance on equipment as instructed by the Production Lead. + Ensure the proper handling and storage of raw materials and finished products. + Assist with inventory management by tracking supplies and reporting shortages. + Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to workplace safety standards. + Collaborate with team member(s) to meet daily production goals and deadlines. WHAT WE SEEK + Familiarity with basic machinery or manufacturing processes (experience in printing is a plus). + Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions. + Basic problem-solving skills and willingness to learn technical operations. + Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods. EDUCATION + High school diploma or equivalent.
