**Machine Operator/Production Worker** **Description** Accurately set up machines and verify equipment readiness to start and complete the production cycle. Perform machine changeovers and roll changes as needed. Monitor raw material levels to ensure continuous machine operation, and make necessary adjustments. Perform quality checks and maintain accurate records. Assist in packing products and loading freezers/trucks as needed. Complete work order paperwork neatly and accurately. **Skills** + Previous machine operating or general production experience in a manufacturing or production environment. + Packaging experience preferred **Benefits** + Stable, growing manufacturer expanding locations. The Pottstown, PA facility will be brand new once open. 4 day work week for training (Monday-Thursday), with overtime available on Friday.
