**Job Title: Machine Operator - Swing Shift** **Job Description** We are seeking an experienced Machine Operator with CNC or machine operating experience. In this role, you will be responsible for operating a control automation plasma coping/robot machine used for tapping, drilling, and cutting holes in I-beams. This is a swing shift opportunity. **Responsibilities** + Operate control automation plasma coping/robot machine + Tap, drill, and cut holes in I-beams + Ensure machine operates efficiently and safely + Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on machinery + Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures **Essential Skills** + At least 1 year of manufacturing and machine operating experience + Proficiency in CNC machine operation + Experience with drill presses and overhead cranes + Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Experience with press brake operations + Ability to work effectively in a team environment + Good communication skills + Problem-solving skills **Why Work Here?** Join a dynamic and growing team in a large facility with over 100 shop employees.
