**Machine Operator**
**Job Description:**
+ We are seeking a skilled Machine Operator to set up machines for production, both within PLC and with mechanical parameters. The ideal candidate will identify and diagnose quality issues, find the root cause of problems, and make mechanical adjustments to equipment, including conveying systems.
**Schedule:**
+ **Shift Pattern:** 3 on 4 off, 4 on 3 off
+ **Days:** Thursday - Saturday, alternating Wednesdays
+ **Hours:** 7:00pm - 7:00am (12-hour shifts on alternating Wednesdays)
**Responsibilities:**
+ Set up machines for production, both within PLC and with mechanical parameters.
+ Identify and diagnose quality issues, finding the root cause of problems.
+ Make mechanical adjustments to equipment, including conveying systems.
+ Troubleshoot quality issues and make necessary changes to equipment to ensure product flows smoothly and finished product meets standards.
**Essential Skills:**
+ Experience with mechanical machine operation (e.g., mold press, injection molding, press operating, CNC).
+ Mechanical aptitude and ability to make adjustments to mechanical printing and forming machines.
+ Experience in troubleshooting quality issues and making necessary changes to equipment.
**Additional Skills & Qualifications:**
+ Track record of being mechanically inclined through interests, hobbies, or previous jobs (e.g., maintenance, machine operation).
+ Problem-solving mindset and ability to get to the root cause of an issue.
