Machine Operator - Weekend Days
**Role purpose** Controls or operates machinery or equipment to assist with manufacturing, assembly, and other steps along a production line. **Key responsibilities** **Operating Machine or Equipment** Operate semi-complex equipment and machines, prioritizing routine tasks to improve efficiency and adjusting multiple related variables to resolve production problems. **Operations Management** Carry out operational tasks by following established processes. This will involve adjusting multiple settings or parameters to meet performance standards. **Equipment Changeover** Carry out changeover of one or more equipment, following detailed instructions and working under close supervision to complete the allocated tasks. **Equipment Total Productive Maintenance** Carry out TPM checks and activities, following detailed instructions and working under close supervision to complete the allocated tasks. **Quality** Carry out relatively simple testing and quality assurance tasks. **Health, Safety and Environment** Follow a range of mandatory procedures and methods of work (including use of personal protection equipment where relevant) to safeguard the environment and the wellbeing of oneself and others. **Operational Compliance** Follow a range of mandatory procedures to ensure that work is carried out to the required quality standards and/or to ensure adherence to external regulatory codes and internal codes of conduct. **Work Scheduling and Allocation** Organize own work schedule each day in line with changing priorities. **Personal Capability Building** Support others by implementing improvements and carrying out simple change management tasks. **Values & Behaviors** **Ingenious: Manages complexity** Makes sense of complex, high quantity, and sometimes contradictory information to effectively solve problems.
