Eaton’s ES AMER ESS division is currently seeking a Machine Operator (Weld/Fabrication) - 3rd Shift to join our team on Badger Dr. in Waukesha, WI!
The hourly rate for this position is $24.50 per hour + $2.50/hr shift premium.
The core hours are 11 pm - 7 am. Overtime may exceed these hours and be mandatory at times.

This position is offering a sign-on bonus of $3,000*, less applicable withholding.

The Machine Operator (Fabrication) sets-up and operates the shearing, fin forming and welding operation of the corrugate machine. The Operator works from daily release sheet, production orders, blueprints and special instructions from supervisor or Group Leader. You will be responsible for machine set-ups and program editing. Plasma Arc TIG welding process involved. Work involves exposure to smoke, fumes, weld flashes, and burns and cuts.

Required (Basic) Qualifications:
Must have completed High School Diploma/GED from an accredited institution. Minimum of 1 year of welding experience in a manufacturing environment Must be able to work in the United States without corporate sponsorship now and in the future. No relocation benefit is being offered for this position. Only candidates within a 50-mile radius of the work location will be considered. Active-Duty Military Service member candidates are exempt from the geographical area limitation.
