Responsibilities:
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Prepare and run complex bend setups and forming operations, including custom punch/die modifications.
Execute complex programming with all press brake features, such as bending at angles, step bends, and back gauge transfers.
Maintain a clean and safe work environment by following company policies and regulatory guidelines.
Produce parts by marking reference points on workpieces and positioning them against stops and guides.
Maintain part specifications by observing operations, detecting malfunctions, and making necessary adjustments.
Assist other operators on high-priority jobs as needed or temporarily reassigned to other fabrication tasks.
Collaborate with management to improve processes, reduce costs, and eliminate waste.
Ensure timely, independent decisions and actions based on best practices and customer requirements.

Working hours: 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM

Skills:
Knowledge of modern manufacturing techniques and materials.
Ability to meet tight deadlines under pressure.
Strong interpersonal and organizational skills with a customer-focused mindset.

Education:
Associate

Experience:
1-4 years

Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Minimum of 2 years of press brake operating experience.
Proficiency in reading tape measures, micrometers, calipers, and protractors, and interpreting tolerances.
