Responsibilities:
Responsibilities include but not limited to:
Troubleshoot and repair machines and plant equipment, addressing complex issues across various models and failure levels.
Perform tasks based on work orders, sketches, or verbal instructions using hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and machine tools (lathe, mill, saw, etc.).
Fabricate machine parts utilizing machinist, welding, and other mechanical maintenance skills.
Execute scheduled preventative maintenance (PM) tasks to reduce unplanned downtime and ensure equipment reliability.
Manage and monitor storeroom inventory, ensuring security and proper organization of assets.
Collaborate with the Maintenance team to ensure timely completion of work assignments and support plant operations.
Adhere to all company policies, including safety, environmental standards, and plant rules.
Maintain a clean and organized work environment at all times.
Perform additional duties as assigned by the Maintenance or Production Manager.
Operate milling and lathe machines as required for production needs.
Work overtime as necessary to meet operational demands.
