*In a 2-2-3 warehouse schedule, employees work for two days, followed by two rest days, and then work for three days before repeating the cycle.*

Responsibilities:
We are seeking highly motivated individuals to join our team. As a Machine Operator, you will be responsible for the operation and maintenance of complex production machinery, ensuring optimum equipment performance, and quality output. Key responsibilities include:

-Operate, set up, adjust and maintain production machinery in accordance with production schedules and standards.
-Perform routine machine maintenance and troubleshoot basic mechanical issues.
-Monitor production runs to ensure quality and consistency of finished products.
-Keep work area clean and orderly to maintain a safe and organized work environment.

Working hours: 7:00 PM - 7:30 AM

Skills:
-2 years of experience operating and maintaining high-speed machinery in the food and beverage industry.
-Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), safety, and quality standards.
-Ability to read and interpret production schedules, safety rules, and operating instructions.
-Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
-Ability to work independently and within a team environment to achieve production goals.

Education:
High School

Experience:
1-4 years

Qualifications:
-Employer conducts pre-employment national background check and drug screen.
-Must have a High School Diploma or equivalent.
-Must be able to work nights and weekends.
