Training schedule is Monday to Friday from 7:00 am to 3:00 pm.
Pay rate of $16.00 to $17.50 per hour depending on experience (2nd and 3rd plus shift differential).

Various shifts available:

1st shift Monday to Friday 7:00 am - 3:00 pm
2nd shift Monday to Friday 3:00 pm - 11:00 pm
3rd shift Monday to Friday 11:00 pm to 7:00 am
Mandatory overtime is required either before/after shifts and/or Saturdays when needed for production.

Once trained employee will be moved to the 2nd shift 3:00 pm to 11:00 pm or to the 3rd shift 11:00 pm to 7:00 am.

Responsibilities:
- Set up and operate machinery according to production specifications.
- Monitor machine performance and make adjustments as needed to maintain quality and efficiency.
- Perform routine maintenance, inspections, and troubleshooting of equipment.
- Ensure proper handling and processing of raw materials.

Working hours: 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM (Various Shifts Available)

Skills:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- At least one year of related experience in manufacturing.
- Experience using ERP / MRP / Manufacturing Systems a plus.
- Safely lift and handle materials weighing up to 50 lbs. as required in the production process.
- Physical requirements: Prolonged standing and walking, repetitive bending, twisting and kneeling, and work in non climate-temperature environments.
- Commitment to workplace safety and maintaining a clean work area.

- Proficiency in reading and following instructions.
- Must have mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
