Adecco is assisting a local manufacturer, seeking entry-level **Machine Operators** in the **Hampton, NH area** ! These roles are temp-to-hire with a starting pay rate of $19/HR, plus the possibility of incentives and overtime! **Schedule** - Monday - Friday from 6:00AM - 2:30PM **Job Duties / Responsibilities / Requirements:** + Hands-on Machine set-up and operation + Prepares production set-up and output of flexible packaging machines + Maintains continuous inspection of products + Assures that production specifications and quality assurance directives are effictively implemented + Monitoring in-process product and making machine adjustments to maintain product quality + Must have mechanical aptitude + Responsible for quality of final product + Great attention to detail + Ability to read work orders and maintain required documentation + Basic math skills and comprehesion of ruler measurements is a required + Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, unassisted + Ability to work on your feet for the duration of an 8-hour shift If you are intersted in this position, please apply to this job posting with your resume and contact information and a Team Member will reach out to you directly! **Pay Details:** $19.00 per hour Benefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
