What You'll Do as a Machine Operator:

You will play a vital role in the production of high-quality bricks.Operate and maintain machinery, ensuring optimal performance and production output.Monitor control panels, troubleshoot potential issues, and perform adjustments as needed.Handle materials and finished products efficiently to maintain a smooth production flow.Apply your mechanical aptitude to identify and address operational problems.Work collaboratively with your team to achieve production goals in a safe environment.

Work Experience

The Preferred Candidate Might:

Have machine-operating experience, preferably in brick production or similar industryDemonstrates strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skillsWork well in teams and have excellent communicationBe capable of interpreting control panel readings and comparing them to specificationsBe able to work variable temperatures and dusty environmentsPrioritize safetyNeed to frequently stand, walk, push, pull, squat, bend, reach, or carry up to 70 lbs. for extended periods
