Our client in Lancaster, PA is seeking Machine Operators to join their team! **Job Titles: Spiral, Flexx Flow, Trantorque** **Location: Lancaster, PA** **Pay: $20.47/hr + shift differential- shift specific** **Temp to hire!** **General Requirements** **• Safety practices must be exercised by each operator at all times** **o use safety devises and equipment provided** **• Identify safety violations or potential hazards to manager or safety team member** **• Attend safety training** **• Maintain a clean and organized workplace using the “6S” system (sort, set in order, shine,standardize, sustain, & safety)** **• Strive for continuous improvement of the Company’s processes.** **• Strive to perform standardized “best practices”.** **• Strive to maintain a positive work environment.** **• Promote the company’s Values and Behaviors at all times.** **Spiral Machine Operator 2nd & 3rd shift** **o Operator stands at machine** **o Operator manually inserts tooling into machine** **o Operator places wire on payoffs** **• Operator activates machine** **• Operator moves the spirals from place to place** **• Operator maintains the coolant used on the machine** **• Operator uses both arms and hands on an intermittent basis** **• Operator could be required to lift up to 50 lbs.** **Flexx Flow Machine Operator 2nd & 3rd shift** **• Able to perform aspects of assembly.** **• Able to use computers to close out and reprint manufacturing orders.** **• Reads job manufacturing orders to determine belt specifications.** **• Able to calculate spec cards.** **• Performs wire bend test correctly and at designated time for each machine.** **• Able to read and use calipers and tape measures.** **• All aspects of machine set up including the following: Controller length, payoff speed, cutter, benders, dump tray, Z-center according to belt number.** **• Operates and observes machine to detect work pieces defects or machine malfunction.** **• Measures wire dimensions to determine accuracy of machine operations.** **• Monitor quality, checking twists, bow, curve, edges, length, number of spans, belt tightness, sponge, pitch, and parallel.** **• Performs minor machine maintenance such as lubrication of moving parts, cleaning or replacing broken components.** **• Moves finished stacks to designated area.** **Trantorque Machine Operator Weekend shift (Fri, Sat,Sun 6a-6p)** **• Perform visual inspection to meet product quality requirements.** **• Operate a CNC Machine Cell with minimal assistance.
