**Job Title: Machine Operator for Filler Department - Food Production Facility** **Job Description** We are looking for dedicated individuals to join our team as Filler Operators. This role involves performing various functions related to batch production, including setting up equipment and processing systems, monitoring process controls, and ensuring product quality through in-process testing. No specific experience is needed for this position; we are looking for individuals who interview well and are comfortable working in food production. **Responsibilities** + Perform batch production functions, including setting up equipment and process systems. + Stage ingredients according to batch sheet and mix and blend ingredients as per batch sheet. + Monitor and correct process parameters as needed. + Monitor process controls of the sterilizer system. + Perform in-process tests to verify product quality. + Perform clean-up and sanitation duties as required. + Unload tankers and manage tank farm. + Maintain appropriate documentation. **Essential Skills** + Ability to work in a fast-paced food production environment. + Comfortable with monitoring the packaging line and products coming out of the packaging machine. + Ability to stand for 12+ hours. + No specific experience needed; candidates from any job or industry can apply. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Experience in package, machine operation, warehouse, forklift, GMP, food manufacturing, and general labor is a plus. + Ability to lift and carry up to 30 lbs regularly throughout an 8-hour shift. + Steel-toed safety shoes are required for all production and warehouse positions. **Why Work Here?** Join our team for long-term growth and stability. The job involves opening and inspecting cases of products, then restacking them on pallets. The work requires steel-toed safety shoes and the ability to lift and carry up to 30 lbs regularly throughout an 8-hour shift. The schedule is Monday to Friday, with shifts available from 6am-2:30pm or 2pm-10:30pm, resulting in a 40-hour work week. Work begins on December 27th and could last until April or May, depending on project completion.
