What We Offer:

Your Responsibilities:

Operate and maintain injection molding equipment to meet production and quality standards.Conduct thorough product inspections and ensure accurate labeling.Perform mold changeovers and troubleshoot equipment issues.Maintain detailed records and adhere to safety protocols.Identify and isolate non-conforming products.

Ideal Candidate:

Reliable and detail-oriented.Ability to work 12-hour night shifts and weekends.Eager to learn and grow within a manufacturing environment.

Work Experience

The Preferred Candidate Might:

Have 1 year prior experience operating machinery, preferably in a plastics injection environment.Possess the ability to walk/stand for the duration of the shift.Have the ability to arrive at work on time and on a regular basis.Have the ability to take direction and work well with others. Be able to react to change productively and handle other tasks as assignedHave the ability to count accurately.Must be willing to comply with Good Manufacturing Practices
