As a Machinist you will:
\r\n\r\nScrew Machine Operators
\r\n\r\n\r\n\tCreate part programs for CNC Swiss lathes either on the control or using offline software such as WinCNC.\r\n\tSetup machines/Assist Operators with Setup\r\n\tRun the first article inspection\r\n\tPerform in-process inspection\r\n\tAttention to detail, the medical device requires detailed paperwork and traceability\r\n\tAssist with program optimization to meet quality/production goals\r\n\tKeep workplace organized\r\n\tVersed in various measuring tools (indicators, micrometers, calipers, optical comparator)\r\n\tExperience selecting cutting tools, and work-holding solutions\r\n\tExperience with Citizen Swiss Lathes (M-Series, L-Series), CAV, and Tryton Barloaders\r\n\tExperience with Precipitation Hardened Stainless Steels, feeds, and speeds\r\n\tFill out the work order and quality data \r\n\r\n\r\nEDM Wire Operators
\r\n\r\n\r\n\tLoading and unloading Parts\r\n\tUse of a Micrometer, Comparator, and Caliper to check parts\r\n\tMust be very detail-oriented to Operate EDM Wire Machine \r\n\r\n\r\nMill Machine Operators
\r\n\r\n\r\n\tLoading and unloading Parts\r\n\tUse of a Micrometer, Comparator, and Caliper to check parts\r\n\tMust have great attention to detail skills\r\n\tGood math skills are a must\r\n\tPrevious machine operating experience\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n
This is a full time opportunity, Monday-Friday 3:15pm-12:45am & Saturday 12:30pm-8:00pm
\r\n\r\nThe ideal candidate will have:
\r\n\r\n\r\n\t1-2 years of experience as a CNC Screw Machine Operator\r\n\tMedical device experience is a plus but not mandatory\r\n\tAbility to preform first-article inspection and In-process inspection\r\n\tKnowledge and experience with precipitation hardened stainless-steels, feeds and speeds\r\n\tExperience completing work orders and quality data\r\n\tExperience with “Citizen” Swiss Lathe (M-series, L-series), CAV\r\n\tTryton Barloaders\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n
Pay Range: $18.50-22.00 per Hour
\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n
