What You'll Do as a Machine Operator and Manufacturing Worker:

Operate various manufacturing machinery and equipment to meet production standards.Assist with machine setup and maintenance.Perform quality control checks to ensure products meet specifications and high standards.Assist in packaging products, labeling, unloading machines, and helping operators.Practice good safety techniques and maintain a clean, organized work area.Be a proactive learner, ready to learn new machines or processes and share knowledge with others to develop our team.

Work Experience

What You Bring to the Team:

Experience in a manufacturing or similar environmentReliable and punctualWillingness to work overtime as neededBe able to read and follow written instructions in English accuratelyAbility to work independently and as part of a team with a positive attitudeSteel-toe shoes (ask about our discount program)Ability to stand for extended periods of time and lift up to 50 lbs. or more (with team lifting)
