Participating in process audits and periodic safety walk-throughs are also integral expectations for all our team members.   Qualification: + Two (2) years of mechanical related factory experience, ideally but not requiring some machining work. Set up and operation of stamping presses preferred. + Experience using basic measuring tools (e.g., micrometer and caliper). + Able to perform simple math. + Ability to perform basic computer skills. + Absolutely reliable attendance and desire to contribute daily to the team's productivity.  Precision Resource is an equal opportunity employer, M/F/D/V.
