**Job Title: Maintenance Technician**
**Job Description**
The Maintenance Technician will be responsible for the repair of stamping-related equipment and performing equipment and infrastructure preventive maintenance. The role also includes maintenance of automated machines and welding equipment as well as building maintenance.
**Responsibilities**
+ Repair stamping-related equipment.
+ Perform equipment and infrastructure preventive maintenance.
+ Maintain automated machines and welding equipment.
+ Conduct building maintenance.
+ Troubleshoot and repair mechanical issues with machinery.
+ Perform repairs on pneumatic and hydraulic systems.
+ Conduct preventive maintenance tasks.
+ Read and interpret blueprints to aid in troubleshooting and ordering parts.
**Essential Skills**
+ 5+ years of machine repair experience on stamping presses or any machines paired with strong Allen-Bradley or Siemens PLC experience.
+ Mechanical and electrical maintenance skills including troubleshooting and completing repairs.
+ Experience with repairing pneumatic and hydraulic systems.
+ Ability to perform preventive maintenance.
+ Knowledge of blueprint reading for troubleshooting and ordering parts.
**Additional Skills & Qualifications**
+ Experience with PLCs, particularly Allen-Bradley and Siemens.
+ Strong troubleshooting skills.

**Work Environment**
The work environment may involve exposure to fumes or airborne particles, toxic or caustic chemicals, extreme heat (non-weather), risk of electrical shock, and vibration. Training will be provided on the 1st shift for 60-90 days from 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM. The 2nd shift hours are 2:30 PM to 11:00 PM for 8-hour shifts, 3:30 PM to 2:00 AM for 10-hour shifts, and 4:00 PM to 4:00 AM for 12-hour shifts.
**Job Type & Location**
This is a Permanent position based out of Plymouth, Michigan.
