Machine Setup Operator
**Job Title: Machine Setup Operator/Overnight Shift/$22-23** **Job Description** The Machine Setup Operator will effectively disassemble, re-assemble, adjust, and set up equipment as needed to produce the customers' products within the desired specifications. **Responsibilities** + Disassemble, re-assemble, adjust, and set up equipment such as cappers, fillers, torquers, sleevers, unscramblers, conveyors, labelers, tapers, sorters, sensors, coders, PLCs, pumps, rails, and transfer systems. + Effectively coordinate and perform tasks related to production needs, including sanitizing kits and staging parts and equipment for product changeover and setup. + Organize and stage non-sanitized parts for production changeover in a timely manner. + Ensure parts and equipment are inspected after sanitation and prior to staging. + Follow all established GMP and safety standards. + Efficiently and safely adhere to sanitation procedures, including accurate completion of sanitation forms and logs. + Perform light maintenance duties as needed to perform the sanitation job. + Coordinate and maintain a clean parts room and assist in keeping the sanitation room clean and organized on a daily basis. + Hook up totes and tanks to ensure fill gets to the production line. **Essential Skills** + Mechanical aptitude. + Ability to read blueprints or willingness to learn. + Experience with assembly and machine setup. + Troubleshooting and preventive maintenance skills. + Basic electrical knowledge and the ability to read schematics. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Mechanical setup technician experience. + Knowledge of GMP and safety standards. **Why Work Here?** Join a team that values cleanliness, organization, and safety.
