Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Machine Shop Programmer to join our team. You will be responsible for programming and operating CNC machines to produce high-quality components. Your expertise in machine programming and troubleshooting will be essential.

Responsibilities:

Develop and optimize CNC machine programs based on design specifications.

Select appropriate cutting tools and materials for machining operations.

Analyze blueprints and models to determine efficient production methods.

Troubleshoot and resolve programming and machine issues.

Set up machines for production runs.

Qualifications:

Strong experience in CNC machine programming and operation.

Proficiency in CAM software (e.g., Mastercam, Fusion 360).

Knowledge of machining processes and cutting tools.

Ability to read and interpret blueprints and specifications.

Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

Compensation & Schedule:

Pay rate: $26-30/hour

Shift: 1st shift, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
